This is an example of Clubcard’s 12 point coated 1 side cardstock. When we say a card is 12 points this means the card is 12/1000 of an inch thick; as a reference most cards are printed on a 12 to 16 point card-stock
This cardstock is what many would consider a traditional postcard stock in that it has a coating on one side but no coating on the other, this allows for better reproduction of full colour images on the coated side and the ability to write with a pen or pencil on the uncoated side. This is a great stock for any project that may requiring writing on the stock.
This 12 point coated 1 side cardstock is used in our digital printing work flow using CMYK full colour dry toner and an industrial grade laser printing press instead of the wet inks and large traditional printing press used in offset printing. Digital printing is ideal for small quantity projects or those needed in 2-3 days or a even few hours.
